Benefit of Yoga

“Yoga is

providing us the tools to cope with daily life and its challenges.  Yoga leads to self-acceptance and self-love which guides to realize what our true love, passions, and gifts are in life and the courage to follow our dreams to live a life we love.

The secret to success is to stop, think, breathe and follow your dreams through life. Yoga helps us to listen to our soul and to become more conscious and mindfull.

In Yoga, the body is treated with care and respect. Yoga Exercises (ASANAS) improve circulation, stimulate the abdominal organs, and put pressure on the glandular system of the body, which can generally result in better health.

Yoga helps us to focus on slow controlled breathing, on proper inhalation and exhalation, as breathing is considered the essential connection between body and mind. Practiced regularly, yoga promotes deep, slow breathing, and teaches you how to calm your

mind.

Breathing techniques (PRANAYAMA) were developed based on the concept that breath is the source of life. In Yoga, students gain breathing control as they slowly increase their breathing. By focusing on their breathing, they prepare their minds for the next step - Meditation.

”Use Āsana for problems of the body and
Prānāyāma  for problems of the mind.”
– T Krishnamacharya
